Nicolás Paris @Kunsthalle Münster

We are pleased to announce that Manigua, Nicolás Paris’s first solo exhibition in a German institution, at Kunsthalle Münster is now open.

The exhibition transforms the space into a place of egalitarian exchange and collective experience, inspired by the strategies and politics of nature. Paris’s work, which includes installations, drawings, objects, workshops, and videos, explores symbiotic coexistence within forests and uses them as a model for exchange and empathy. The exhibition aims to create heightened awareness of our connection with the environment and offers alternative approaches to knowledge acquisition beyond academic theories. It functions as a classroom without hierarchy, where visitors can engage in cooperative, unscripted encounters and learn together through immersive experiences.
