Discover 𝘌𝘭 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰, a collaborative project by Nicolás Paris with the teams of FCAYC and Centro de Arte FMJJ, born from an open-ended dialogue around learning, pedagogy, and institutional transformation. Emerging from informal conversations and weekly working sessions, it has evolved into a trans-institutional study group rooted in shared research and experimentation. The project integrates artistic, educational, and environmental approaches to rethink how institutions learn and grow alongside their communities.

𝘌𝘭 𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘰 revolves around a central question: how does learning happen? It uses the classroom (or “salones de clase” in Nicolás Paris’ vocabulary) as both a conceptual and formal space in which to reimagine the codes of education. Each potential “classroom” invites us to move fearlessly beyond the limits of traditional exhibition spaces or academic disciplines. The project approaches “learning” as an ongoing process—based on the act of connecting and creating bonds—where every element participates in the collective subject of learning. This topological and poetic transformation—each “classroom” questioning what, who, when, how, and where—remains attentive to the multiplicity of places and times that converge in the act of learning. It may be catalyzed by compacted earth, apple trees, or the pulse of a seed.

On view from June 29 to October 12 at both FCAYC and Centro de Arte FMJJ, the project invites public participation in a shared, evolving space of learning and connection.
