Marwa Arsanios @Fondazione Sandretto

We are pleased to announce Marwa Arsanio’s upcoming show The Land Shall Not Be Owned, her first exhibition in Italy on view at Fondazione Sandretto.

The exhibition centers on the film series Who is Afraid of Ideology? and will feature the international premiere of its fifth chapter, co-produced by Fondazione Sandretto Re Rebaudengo. Through her film work, drawings, embroideries and sculptures, Arsanios explores women’s self-organization against patriarchal structures, interweaving ecology, feminism and decolonial approaches.

The Land Shall Not Be Owned, curated by Agustin Pérez Rubio and Bernardo Follini will open on April 8, 2025. Don’t miss it!
