Lugar a dudas at the 61st Venice Biennale 2026

We are pleased to announce the participation of Lugar a Dudas, the independent art space founded in 2004 in Cali, Colombia, by Óscar Muñoz and Sally Mizrachi, in the 61st International Art Exhibition of Venice Biennale.

Since its creation, Lugar a Dudas has developed as a platform dedicated to artistic research, experimentation, and exchange. Through residencies, publications, public programs, and its archive, the space has played an important role in supporting artists and fostering dialogue within the contemporary art scene in Cali and internationally.

Their invitation reflects the Biennale’s commitment to including artist-run initiatives and collaborative structures that have shaped artistic communities beyond traditional institutional frameworks.

The 61st International Art Exhibition will take place in Venice from May 9 to November 22, 2026.
