Lawrence Abu Hamdan @MoMA

Discover Lawrence Abu Hamdan’s solo exhibition Walled Unwalled and Other Monologues at the MoMA!

The exhibition presents an expanded presentation of the artist’s video Walled Unwalled, layering the Museum’s architecture with the projection, and the Manhattan cityscape. The show invites visitors to consider the “ear-witness” as a form of legal testimony, and how the physical act of listening can both exonerate and incriminate. The project was organized by Ana Janevski and May Makki and it includes three live performances by the artist.

Lawrence Abu Hamdan: Walled Unwalled and Other Monologues is on view at MoMA (The Museum of Modern Art) until June 11. Don’t miss it!
