New artist @ mor charpentier

We are pleased to announce that Nicolás Paris will join mor charpentier as a represented artist. His practice is distinguished by generating heightened awareness of the every day and promoting deeper interaction with our surroundings through an artistic lens. Central to Paris’ work is exploring pedagogical strategies from his previous experience as a teacher in rural Colombia. He transforms exhibition spaces into laboratories fostering collaboration, open inquiry, and egalitarian dialogue focused on the collective development of artistic projects.

Paris’ installations, drawings, workshops, and videos are characterized by their gentle and contemplative nature. He uses fundamental elements of art, architecture, and education to create a new language of communication. For him, the artistic medium is a catalyst for transient, polyvalent experiences rather than a result. Stay tuned to find out more about Nicolás Paris’s upcoming works and exhibitions with the gallery!
