The Antechambre (Thai Crane) is a site-specific installation that comes from its first presentation The Antechamber, (Tundra Swan) in the Busan Biennale 2020. It is inspired by the poem β€œTundra Swan” by South Korean poet Hyesoon Kim, which depicts the disembodiment between one’s mind and one’s physicality.

The Antechambre (Thai Crane) attempts to flatten human’s psyche and realign it with all beings. The whole installation the symbology of the Thai crane is present, saved from near extinction, with flowers of fertility and birth.

The biennale is held until March 31st, 2022. Don’t miss it!
