Discover Bianca Bondi’s immersive installation in her latest exhibition Haciendo vaticinios en estanques astrales at La Casa Encendida.

Using salt water—Bondi’s emblematic material—the artist crystallizes a series of ponds with copper coins, flowers and submerged shells, whose silent saline mutations are witnessed by the lush surrounding vegetation. The striking floral compositions created by French florist Guillaume Lanier change color and flexibility at the hands of chemicals, moving between the natural and the artificial, between the living and the inanimate.
