We are pleased to announce our participation in this year’s Artissima Fair opening on November 4th.

For Artissima 2022, mor charpentier wants to develop a second chapter on the theme of the human landscape, not as a term to describe man-made structures and practices of reshaping the land, but as research on the traces of the human that can be found in nature and urban territories, and in the ways that both interact and coexist. On this occasion, a more historical and political dimension will be explored besides the relationships between ecology and the environment.
From Lawrence Abu Hamdan’s audio-visual installation comprising kinetic lightboxes, based on an archive of images from the Lebanese war and in the present day, to Daniel Otero Torres’ ceramic sculpture of the Southern Hemisphere with inscribed patterns of several animal migrations, discover the historical and political dimensions of shaping the land in the contemporary panorama

We are pleased to showcase works by Lawrence Abu Hamdan, Rossella Biscotti, Malo Chapuy, Bouchra Khalili, Teresa Margolles, Yoshua Okón, Daniel Otero Torres, Nohemí Pérez and Charwei Tsai.
